Trilogy Wine Bar & Lounge is owned and operated by Jill, Jessica, & Jennifer Emich. They are triplets; that’s right, all born on the same day: August 21st 1974. They grew up in a small town in New Jersey. The trio went to college at the University of Nevada Las Vegas where they got a degree in Hotel Restaurant Management. It was there where their interest was piqued in the world of wines. They were part of the UNLV Wine Club and were able to study wine & cuisine abroad in Europe, all the while working in restaurants and plugging away towards their ultimate dream of having their own establishment.
